We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy.
We collect personally identifiable information when you place a take out order.
We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited.
We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
Security
Your payment and personal information is always safe.
Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions.
It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
Payment
We only accept payment by credit card. You must pay at the time you place the order.
Cancellation
After you submit a take out order, you have 10 minutes to call and cancel that order.
If you need to cancel please call 405-524-7333 within this time. After 10 minutes, we
cannot guarantee cancellation as we may have started to prepare your order.
If we are able to cancel the order, your credit card will be refunded.
Depending on the timing the charge may still appear on your next statement but it should be refunded after that statement.
Note: the time of the order is recorded (for example 5:35pm) and included in the email message you received confirming your order.
You need to call before 10 minutes from this time (for example before 5:45pm).
Refund
We do not refund take out orders, unless they were cancelled within 10 minutes.
If at the time you pick up your order, you find the order is incorrect we will be glad to correct it.
However, if you get home and find out there is a mistake you will need to place a new order.
